Bone regeneration by hydroxyapatite-gelatin nanocomposites

In the current research, preparation and characterization of a series new biocompatible injectable bone paste (IBP) nanocomposites, hydroxyapatite-gelatin (HA-Gel), hydroxyapatite-gelatin-alendronate (HA-Gel-Ald np) are reported. IBP HA-Gel np, were synthesized from mixing different ratios gelatin to aqueous solutions both Ca(NO3)2.4H2O (NH4)2HPO4, while target HA-Gel-Ald obtained by submitting solution alendronate (Ald) np nanocomposites. This composite crystallinity was analyzed FTIR XRD, their morphology characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM) EDX measurements.
